This Site, bestasiatours.com is owned by Zhejiang Joinday Travel Co., Ltd. Accessing and using the Site or downloading materials from the Site indicates that you have read and understood all of the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
This Site and its tour services are available to people who lawfully enter into this site. The minimum age for booking a service from this Site is 18 years old.
Non-commercial Use & Information and Copyrights
You may only use this website for personal use. You are not allowed to access, use or copy any information or material on the website for any commercial purposes or for any unlawful purposes. Best Asia Tours reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its trips, and to use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

Variation of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. Best Asia Tours reserves the right to modify or rescind the Terms and Conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this Site. Please reread these Terms and Conditions even if you have previously used this Site.
If you purchase any Asia Tour services, the Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire understanding between you and Best Asia Tours relating to your Asia Tour.
Payment
-Deposit & Final payment
1. A non-refundable deposit equals to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation unless otherwise stated.
2. The full or final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
3. When tour is booked within 60 days, the full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
-Methods of Payment
We accept the following payment methods.
1. Bank Wire Transfer (also known as Telegraphic Transfer)
You can go to the nearest bank to wire the money to our bank account as below. The bank may charge you a small fee for doing that.

Payment by bank wire transfer will be received in 2-4 days. Please kindly send us the bank slip by email after you make the payment. Once your payment is received, your bookings will be secured.
2. PayPal
PayPal is the preferred way to send secure payments to Best Asia Tours. You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards to complete your payment easily and fast. Our PayPal account info@bestasiatours.com. Please click the button “Buy Now” and input your credit card and personal information required by PayPal. PayPal will inform us after your payment is done successfully. Payment by PayPal can be received immediately.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
We understand that some of you may have to cancel your trip to Asia for certain reasons. Therefore if you wish to cancel your booking with us, we will need your request in written form, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be applied. Please refer to the following cancellation policy.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows unless otherwise stated.

** If the cancellation of one member in your tour group causes the change of tour class, you will have to pay more. For example, your tour price is applicable for group of 2. When one cancels the trip, you will have to pay more for the increased cost of private car, tour guide, etc.
** Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by service providers other than Best Asia Tours (which may include but not be limited to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the money to be refunded.
** After the trip commences, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. The unused services include but are not limited to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, and admission fees.

Some promotions have their own specific cancellation policy. Please refer to the particular cancellation rules attached to the promotions.
Alteration of Tour Itinerary
-If you change your tour itinerary
Alternations to your tour itinerary before confirmation are processed free of charge. We always intend to provide the best tour possible for you. If you want to change some details of your tour itinerary such as adding scenic spots, revising your daily schedule or changing to a new hotel after confirmation, we will do our best to help after we check the possibility and availability. Since accommodation is reserved several weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee all your requests can be satisfied.
-If we change your tour itinerary
If events that are out of our control happen, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, etc., we have to change your tour itinerary. You will have to pay the extra cost if there is any price difference.
Best Asia Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary of the tour if air schedule or land transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alteration necessary.
Travel Documents
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport which must have at least six months of remaining validity and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation in hand is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel agent may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Best Asia Tours is not reliable for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.
As China Tibet has unique geography, climate, religion and traffic considerations, it has not been fully open to foreign travelers. Travelers must obtain a Tibet Travel Permit before traveling to Tibetan areas. Travelers must obtain a Tibet Travel Permit before buying plane or train tickets. Our travel expert will arrange an tour itinerary for you and assist you to get such a permit.
Note:
All kinds of people can get Tibet Travel Permit from our travel service except diplomats, journalists and government officials. These people should travel to Tibet under the arrangement by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tibet local government.
Health Requirements
There are lots of international travel risks while traveling. Travelers should be familiar with the applicable health requirements to the areas they intend to visit. It is your sole responsibility to check the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Altitude sickness may develop in travelers who ascend rapidly to altitudes greater than 2500 m.
Complaints and Claims
If you have a complaint about the service provided by Best Asia Tours when you are on the tour, please contact your travel consultant. We will investigate and offer solutions immediately and prevent the possible similar problems from happening again during your trip.
If you wish to claim for compensation, please send a letter by email or fax within 15 days from the end of your tour to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Best Asia Tours will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
Travel Insurance
Before purchasing and departing from home, Best Asia Tours’ travel consultant will remind you of the potential risks of harm and injury associated with your vacation and tourism activities. It is the obligation of the travelers to ensure that they are adequately and appropriately insured for the duration of their vacation before departure to cover a wide range of inconveniences such as lost or damaged baggage, aircraft delays, hospital treatment, medical evacuation, and any cancellations.
Best Asia Tours declines any responsibility for the traveler’s financial losses or hardships as a result of the traveler’s failure to purchase adequate or any travel insurance, as well as the traveler’s personal injuries, harm, property losses, or damages that occur during travel and tourism activities due to circumstances beyond Best Asia Tours’ control.
Including but not limited to:
1. Loss of luggage/documents/cash and other valuables (including consignments);
2. Bank or credit card fraud or theft;
3. Unforeseen events (including accidents in the air or on land or in the water);
4. Sudden illness, disease, or death;
5. Delays/changes not within the control of the operational staff of Best Asia Tours;
6. Acts of terrorism or by terrorists;
7. Natural disasters;
8. Any other circumstances outside the control of Best Asia Tours.
Of course, your safety has always been our top priority, when you’re ready to travel, we’re always here to support you.
Our Responsibility & Liability
The responsibility of Best Asia Tours’ agents, parent company and affiliated companies is strictly limited. As a tour operator, we organize, promote, and sell tour programs consisting of a good range of services, including guide service, ground transportation, air transportation, water transportation, excursions and accommodations that we purchase or reserve from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tour programs are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours.
To the extent that we are involved in booking air and/or cruise transportation for you, we act as your agency and not as an agent for the airline and/or cruise companies. However, we promise that we are responsible for the willful or negligent acts of our partner travel agents for the land services.
Best Asia Tours will take all benefits and all losses of any fluctuations, lower or higher in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges after we have received the full payment from you. We reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.
Best Asia Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the tour itinerary whenever we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the other tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time. We will refund any unused fund to tour participants. Best Asia Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.
Disclaimer
Best Asia Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, fire hazard, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control. Neither Best Asia Tours nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
Best Asia Tours shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Best Asia Tours.
Best Asia Tours is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
