Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993, despite wartime damage, its restoration preserves its former grandeur, making it a cultural treasure of Vietnam. The day tour ends at Khai Dinh Tomb. The Tomb is the mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dịnh, the twelfth emperor of Vietnam’s Nguyen Dynasty. Constructed between 1920 and 1931, it blends European Neoclassical and East Asian traditional architectural elements.
