Ba Na Hills

Ba Na Hills, located about 40 kilometers west of the beautiful coastal city of Da Nang in central Vietnam, rises to an elevation of 1,487 meters, making it a popular summer retreat.

The history of Ba Na Hills dates back to the French colonial period. In the early 19th century, French nobles chose this mountainous area as a getaway to escape the heat. They constructed numerous buildings in various architectural styles on the mountaintop, including resorts, wine cellars, and an opera house, infusing Ba Na Hills with a unique French romantic charm.

Today, Ba Na Hills has transformed into a comprehensive entertainment destination that combines natural beauty, historical culture, and modern attractions, ensuring every visitor finds their own unforgettable experience.

Ba Na Hills Cable Car System: Holding the record for the longest single-line cable car in the world, stretching 5,801 meters, it also boasts the largest elevation drop at 1,291 meters. During the 28-minute ride from the base to the summit, guests seem to journey through the changing seasons. With breathtaking views of picturesque valleys, dense forests, winding paths, and distant blue skies, it truly feels like entering a fairyland.

Golden Bridge in Da Nang: This 150-meter-long golden bridge, supported by two giant hands, is also known as the “Hand of Buddha Bridge”. Walking on the bridge feels like being lifted to the clouds, offering a stunning vantage point to admire the breathtaking landscapes and majestic Ba Na Hills. The perfect blend of architectural artistry and nature leaves countless visitors in awe.

French Village: At the summit of Ba Na Hills, you’ll find a cluster of buildings designed to mimic a medieval French village, creating an illusion of being in Europe. You can stroll along the cobblestone streets, marvel at the beauty of the churches, squares, and fountains; dine in restaurants serving authentic French cuisine; and capture the unique charm of this romantic setting with your camera. The enchanting atmosphere is sure to linger in your memory.

Fantasy Park: Welcome to Vietnam’s largest indoor amusement park, where excitement awaits you at every turn! Get ready for thrilling adventures with rock climbing, drop towers, mirror mazes, haunted houses, roller coasters, carousels, Ferris wheels, bumper cars, horseback riding, shooting games, and immersive 4D and 5D movies. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Linh Ung Pagoda: Nestled at the summit, Linh Ung Pagoda is a significant Buddhist temple featuring a massive white jade sitting Buddha facing the sea, symbolizing protection and blessings. Here, visitors can experience tranquility and peace, offering a perfect retreat for spiritual reflection and renewal.

This is the second time we plan a trip with Best Asia Tours and we love their service and attention to detail as well as their willingness to make your trip memorable and anything you want possible. Their planning is impecable and very efficient and if anything is not as you expected they will work to make sure it is. we did a 21 day itinerary for 7 including 2 grandmas back on 2018 and we just went back a couple of weeks ago with our daughter for 12 days and had an awesome time. We are already planning the next one. Zoe and Eric who had help us with the travel planning were both amazing their speed to comeback with the itineraries and changes is impressive and not matter how many times you ask them to look at changes or different hotels etc they are always willing to help with the most wonderful attitude . All the guides we had on the different cities and regions have be incredible . I can not recommend them enough. I have traveled al over the world and they are definitively on the top service of the agencies I had used.

Best Asia Tours did a really good job planning our itinerary in Japan. Some times we had issues coming up I think mostly related to cultural differences, but our agent was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and the trip was perfect. The hotels are centrally located, very easy to access to the city center. The guide and driver are friendly and nice. We spend a pleasant and amazing journey there.

The trip was great and our agent performed great. We were pleasantly surprised with how responsive they were and with the trip that they planned. Very professional. A previous agent told us we couldn’t pull off a trip with so many stops but it was not a problem and the pace of the trip was good for us. We don’t like sitting still in one spot for too long. The guides in each city did well and a couple were excellent.
