The Philippines grants visa-free or temporary visa-free entry to visitors from many countries. Before traveling, you can check with the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in your region to confirm whether your nationality is currently eligible for visa-free entry.
If your country is not included in the visa-free policy, you will need to apply for the appropriate visa before entering the Philippines.
1.Electronic Visa (e-Visa)
The electronic visa is ideal for travelers visiting the Philippines for tourism or business, planning a short stay of up to 14 days, and not intending to extend or convert to other visa types. It is suitable for those who will return directly to their home country once the visa expires.
The e-Visa can be applied for online, with a simple and straightforward process. Once approved, the electronic document will be sent to you digitally.
The e-Visa is valid for 90 days, allowing a 14-day stay in the Philippines.
2.Sticker Visa (Traditional Visa)
The sticker visa is suitable for travelers visiting the Philippines for tourism or business who plan to stay for a longer period, are unsure about their length of stay, or intend to convert their visa to another type later on.
To apply, you must submit the required documents to the Philippine Visa Application Center, or you may choose to apply through a travel agency for convenience.
The sticker visa is valid for 90 days and allows stays of 7 days, 30 days, or 59 days within the Philippines.
