1. A Kaleidoscope of Fantastical Wonders
During the event, Orchard Road is adorned with candy-colored dream clouds suspended high above. The streets are decorated with reindeer, star lights, Christmas trees, teddy bears, and candy canes, which embellish 162 light poles and 106 trees. Additionally, arch-shaped lights towering up to 14.2 meters are scattered along Orchard Road, creating a warm, whimsical, and enchanting Christmas wonderland filled with childlike wonder.
2. Projection Show
During the event, you can experience outdoor multimedia 3D and augmented reality (AR) projection shows at the Orchard Road’s Mandarin Gallery.
The exterior of Hilton Singapore Orchard will feature multimedia 3D projections that create an immersive experience through visual and auditory signals, blurring the boundaries between physical space and simulated environments. Additionally, you can use the PopARLive app to activate 3D and virtual reality effects for the projection show.
3. Light Show
As one of Singapore’s iconic attractions, Gardens by the Bay hosts a grand Christmas light show each year called “Christmas Wonderland”. Here, you can marvel at a variety of enchanting light decorations that illuminate the entire garden, blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture and water features to transport you to a fairy-tale world.
The display includes a 20-meter-tall giant rose window, a 24-meter-long Christmas boat light installation, and new carnival rides. You’ll also encounter delightful surprises from Santa Claus, live music performances, and even tropical “snow”, allowing you to experience the charm of a Singaporean Christmas.
4. Christmas Villages
Shaw House Urban Plaza’s Christmas Village: It features amusement rides and games, including a two-story carousel, Ferris wheel, bumper cars, and claw machines.
Ngee Ann City’s Christmas Village: It offers a range of attractions such as a carousel, pirate ship, and spinning rides. There are also various games like shooting and basketball hoops where you can win prizes. Additionally, there’s a food truck area for visitors to enjoy a range of delicious treats after a day of fun.
Plaza Singapura’s Christmas Village: The main attraction here is a 15-meter-long giant Christmas-themed inflatable slide, along with a large solar-powered light installation perfect for photos. The village also features a DIY activity zone and various workshops for added festive fun.
