Your first day takes you straight into the heart of the stunning Udawalawe National Park. Sitting right between the country’s wet and dry zones, the park’s unique landscape and climate create the perfect environment for rare wildlife. Udawalawe is known as one of the best places on the planet to see wild elephants—large herds often gather around the waterholes to feed or cool off. Beyond elephants, you’ll have the chance to spot water buffalo, water monitors, sambar deer, monkeys, and an impressive range of exotic bird species.

After your safari adventure, head back to your hotel to relax and recharge for the exciting days ahead.

Buffet Breakfast, Lunch

DoubleTree by Hilton Weerawila Rajawarna Resort or similar class

Start your morning with feeding time at the Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home. Created to rescue baby elephants orphaned by human–elephant conflict in Sri Lanka, the center provides food, care, and medical treatment until the young elephants are strong enough to return to the wild.

Watch as the playful calves are bottle-fed and looked after during their morning routine, and learn about the incredible work that goes into protecting and raising these amazing animals.

After that, embark on a thrilling jeep safari (4–6 passengers per vehicle) through dense jungles to spot diverse wildlife and bird species, with the rare chance of encountering the elusive Sri Lankan leopard. You will travel to the amazing Yala National Park. Located along Sri Lanka’s southeastern coast approximately 300 kilometers from the capital Colombo, the park spans 979 square kilometers as the country’s second-largest national nature reserve. Stretching across the Hambantota and Tissamaharama regions, the park features a remarkable ecological mosaic of beaches, rivers, lakes, wetlands, and scrublands.

Tonight, you will stay at the decent resort, close to Wirawila Lake.

After breakfast, you’ll say goodbye to Yala and head south along the coast to Mirissa. Surrounded by coconut plantations and historic temples, this laid-back fishing village is a true beach paradise, with pristine sands and stunning blue water. Spend the afternoon whale watching—the warm coastal waters are home to blue, Bryde’s, and sperm whales—then wrap up the day at one of the area’s many beachfront restaurants, soaking in the sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Taru Villas the Long House – Bentota or similar class (walking distance to beach)

Today you’ll continue west along the coast, with your first stop in the lively provincial capital of Galle. Overlooking the beautiful curve of Unawatuna Bay, the city is best known for its atmospheric 17th-century Dutch fort, which now serves as its charming old town.

From there, you’ll head to the relaxed beach resort of Bentota. With calm waters and miles of pristine golden sand, this former fishing village on Sri Lanka’s west coast has become a favorite getaway spot. Bentota is also a hub for watersports. You can try scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, or windsurfing on the Laccadive Sea.

Conclude your day with one last seafood feast to celebrate your final night of the trip.

Buffet Breakfast

Today, after enjoying your breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred back to Colombo (around 1.5 hours by car). Upon arrival in Colombo, you will visit the highlights of the capital before boarding your departure flight.

Buddhist, Hindu, and Islamic temples are scattered throughout the city, highlighting the diverse religious beliefs and customs of Colombo’s residents. The Old and New New Kathiresan Temple stand side by side in the middle section of Sea Street, built to honor Murugan, the war god and son of Shiva. The Jami-Ul-Alfar Mosque, one of Colombo’s landmarks, is a red-and-white brick building that stands out prominently amidst the bustling Pettah area. In the early 20th century, many sailors arriving in Sri Lanka used it as a marker to identify whether they had reached Colombo Harbor. Next, explore the lively markets and bazaars in Pettah, and then take some time to visit the National Museum, which houses exquisite antiques and artworks.

After the tour, head to the airport for your homeward flight, end your unforgettable journey in Sri Lanka.

We traveled to China during 05th May to 17th May, 2026. Here goes our comment.

    Guilin & Yangshuo:

Mr. Tom was an excellent guide in every aspect. He made every experience a great adventure and beyond. With his energy and knowledge, he adjusted the schedule with extra activities such as visiting the pandas, which made it extra special. He is good at explaining everything in a clear and succinct way, since much is guiding us, we loved our time in China and couldn’t have done it without Tom. He is also frequently offering helpful knowledge we very much appreciated. He also took great pictures of us. Mr. Kong, the driver is very courteous & flexible.

    Zhangjiajie, Furong & Fenghuang town:

Allen is a capable and smart guide who has an optimistic and patient personality. We feel fortunate to have her. She is very good at arranging the schedule and navigating the towns’ sights in an efficient manner. We appreciate her help to negotiate with the photographer and provide us good seats and advice. The driver Mr. Lee is a safe & excellent driver who is courteous to us, other drivers and pedestrians. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Zhengzhou area. The hotel was excellent!

    Beijing:

Ray Liu is a very knowledgeable and smart guide with excellent English. We learned a lot from him about Chinese history, culture, and current life. He is on time and capable. He shared with us a lot of interesting facts and information, and it was easy to talk to him because he is friendly, talkative and has fluent English. Ray knows his way around & got us everywhere, and it was nice there was a charge port in the back. He can be more courteous to bikers & pedestrians, but we got everywhere safely.

Classic Japan Tour, Tokyo, Mt.Fuji, Osaka, Kyoto

    Aug 2025

Best Asia Tours did a really good job planning our itinerary in Japan. Some times we had issues coming up I think mostly related to cultural differences, but our agent was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and the trip was perfect. The hotels are centrally located, very easy to access to the city center. The guide and driver are friendly and nice. We spend a pleasant and amazing journey there.
