1.Weather

Bali Island has a tropical monsoon climate, with high temperatures and humidity year-round, divided into dry and rainy seasons.

Dry Season (April to October): The weather is clear and relatively dry, making it the “peak beauty” period for Bali. The sky is blue, the sea is crystal clear, perfect for photography and outdoor activities, and is the best time to visit Bali.

Rainy Season (November to March): Afternoon showers are common, and the air becomes quite humid. The waves also tend to be bigger, making it more suitable for mountain rain scenery tours. Travelers should monitor weather conditions and carry rain gear during this period.

2.Popular Attractions

Tanah Lot Temple: An ancient Hindu sacred site, it is one of the six major temples in Bali and also one of Bali’s important landmarks. The temple stands atop a large rock by the sea, and during high tide, the waves wash over the base of the rock, making the temple appear to float on the sea like a sacred island. At this moment, during sunset, golden rays illuminate the temple, with the waves crashing against its structure, creating a stunning silhouette that resembles a flowing oil painting.

Sanur Beach: With its long, soft sandy shore and complete tourist facilities, Sanur Beach offers calm waters perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and other water activities. It is also a popular choice for family vacations and long-term stays. The beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, and boutiques, creating a relaxed and leisurely vacation atmosphere.

Uluwatu Temple: One of the six major temples in Bali, Uluwatu Temple was built in the 11th century and holds significant spiritual meaning on the island. The temple stands atop a 70-meter-high cliff, facing the vast Indian Ocean, offering a spectacular view. At dusk, the cliffside theater hosts a captivating Kecak dance performance, where the beauty of the scenery enhances the charm of the traditional dance.

Tegallalang Rice Terrace: It is a typical tropical-style rice terrace, where lush green rice fields and coconut palms complement each other, creating a beautiful pastoral landscape. In 2012, as part of Bali’s cultural landscape and the Subak irrigation system, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Monkey Forest: The forest is a sanctuary and natural habitat for over 1,000 Bali long-tailed macaques. It serves as both a nature reserve and a great place to explore the tropical jungle and over 100 species of plants.

Nusa Lembongan: One of the must-visit off-islands for a perfect Bali experience, Nusa Lembongan is home to stunning rock cliffs, breathtaking beaches, and crystal-clear waters that are simply mesmerizing.

Lake Buyan: This vast body of water serves as the primary source of irrigation for local rice fields and plantations. It is ideal for activities such as fishing, hiking, and camping.

4.Transportation Guide

Online Taxi Services: You can use ride-hailing apps to call a taxi or motorcycle for trips to major tourist areas like Kuta, Seminyak, and Ubud.

Chartered Vehicles: They are ideal for larger groups or trips to remote attractions.

Car Rentals: Renting a car is a flexible way to immerse yourself in local life.

Guilin & Yangshuo:

Mr. Tom was an excellent guide in every aspect. He made every experience a great adventure and beyond. With his energy and knowledge, he adjusted the schedule with extra activities such as visiting the pandas, which made it extra special. He is good at explaining everything in a clear and succinct way, since much is guiding us, we loved our time in China and couldn’t have done it without Tom. He is also frequently offering helpful knowledge we very much appreciated. He also took great pictures of us. Mr. Kong, the driver is very courteous & flexible.

Zhangjiajie, Furong & Fenghuang town:

Allen is a capable and smart guide who has an optimistic and patient personality. We feel fortunate to have her. She is very good at arranging the schedule and navigating the towns’ sights in an efficient manner. We appreciate her help to negotiate with the photographer and provide us good seats and advice. The driver Mr. Lee is a safe & excellent driver who is courteous to us, other drivers and pedestrians. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Zhengzhou area. The hotel was excellent!

Beijing:

Ray Liu is a very knowledgeable and smart guide with excellent English. We learned a lot from him about Chinese history, culture, and current life. He is on time and capable. He shared with us a lot of interesting facts and information, and it was easy to talk to him because he is friendly, talkative and has fluent English. Ray knows his way around & got us everywhere, and it was nice there was a charge port in the back. He can be more courteous to bikers & pedestrians, but we got everywhere safely.

This is the second time we plan a trip with Best Asia Tours and we love their service and attention to detail as well as their willingness to make your trip memorable and anything you want possible. Their planning is impecable and very efficient and if anything is not as you expected they will work to make sure it is. we did a 21 day itinerary for 7 including 2 grandmas back on 2018 and we just went back a couple of weeks ago with our daughter for 12 days and had an awesome time. Classic Japan Tour, Tokyo, Mt.Fuji, Osaka, Kyoto

Aug 2025

Best Asia Tours did a really good job planning our itinerary in Japan. Some times we had issues coming up I think mostly related to cultural differences, but our agent was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and the trip was perfect. The hotels are centrally located, very easy to access to the city center. The guide and driver are friendly and nice. We spend a pleasant and amazing journey there.
